Bathsheba and King David

Sista' Girl is an original work by Janette Jones. In it, biblical women visit modern day believers. Bathsheba dances and is joined by King David who is hypnotized by her beauty.

About the title of the video: if you know the story of Bathsheba and King David it is obvious that having a woman take a bath on stage would be impossible in a family theater. Instead, the playwright, Janette Jones, chose to depict the act which made King David lust after Bathsheba be a dance instead of a bath. Those who watch this and are perhaps too daft to understand the symbolism can now calm down and stop posting rude, ignorant, and inappropriate comments.

I did not write the play. I am simply the dancer that was chosen to play the part of Bathsheba. This video is part of my online dance resume.
