  • its ridiculous how many people believe this, im 14 and i go to the gym on a 2:1 basis, i ask some of my friends do they wanna come with me and i kept gettin the same answer 'weightlifting stunts your growth', if anything weightlifting promotes growth by releasing hormones into your body (hence why im 2nd tallest in class at 5'5 (167)) thanks scott for busting another myth :D
