This song is by performer Greg Joy, off his album,Celtic Secrets.
The whole album is as good as this.

There's speculation that it might be Ritchie Blackmore/Blackmore's Night. I can't confirm though.

Beats me who it really is--I heard it was Ian Anderson and Ritchie Blackmoore on guitar, i heard it was a few other musicians too. But hey, it's still a lovely piece of music!
