Pineapple Bread Pudding
1 cup sugar (Optional- may cut back on sugarto 3/4 cup)
1/2 cup melted butter
4 eggs added one at a time
1 20 oz. can crushed pineapplein it's own juice drained
5 slices of white bread cut into crouton sized pieces
(Leave the crust on)
Preheat Oven 350F
1. Combine the sugar and the melted butter.
2. Add one egg at a time and beat well.
3. Add the drained pineapple and stir.
4. Add the bread cubes and stir till it is combined.
5. Pour into an ungreased 1 and1/2 qt. baking dish
(8x8"pan)
5. Bake for 45 minutes.
