MIAMI DADE FIRE RESCUE HOUSE FIRE - KENDALL

Through the roof. Our first of back to back fires this night. (Second fire was in a much bigger home, with a lot more fire and 6 occupants badly burned but crews were a little busy for videos, sorry) Units arrived here to find fire blowing out of the roof at 1am. No one inside but a long chase began to completely extinuish the large amount of fire spreading in the attic space. Video is just after interior crews had knocked down all visable grade level fire inside, and backed out after hearing that secondary crews pulled ceilings at the door and found the attic heavily involved. Our command chief temporarily took a defensive stance until the extent of the attic fire was confirmed and the effects of hose streams were evaluated.
