It certainly wasn't the Iranian government slowing the interwebs, since slowness was noticed in EU as well... maybe it's just a coincidence then... but how come Iranians can access the sites when the "where's my vote?" campaign and some media reported that the internets were being censored... also why not entertain the thought that facebook itself or another third party could have been blocking that particular site..?

This is actually a good decision by US go in this case, since such a cut would have been construed by some as Iranian government censorship.
