Nice job! Just omit the wing nuts and use 10-24x3/8" hex to secure the wires. A lot easier than rebuilding the case. My $0.02.

The heat sink is fine mine never gets hot .Mine has that bigger sink.I am lookn for some one to build mine mabey alot of them,when I start selling my new cells to the street rodders,and muscle car guys and gals,this will be included in the package,we can talk price.

Look Great, One Question Are your Positive and Negitive And Cell - Screws and hardware Steel or Stainless Steal?

The screws/hardware are zinc. Stainless steel would not work well for this application.
