you cant see what is right in front of you, he has no million dollars to give, and if you could generate power for the hho cell from other sources than the alternator, you can and will produce better mpgs but you still have to tune the car to lower lean limits so the ecm does not compensate for it, its nor rocket building, just auto mechanics101, tuning the ecm look it up

That's not what NASA's testing showed, they used a methanol reclaimer that only used waste exhaust heat to generate hydrogen gas. Their results showed there was no reduction in fuel consumption. Any leaning of the AFR had to be compensated for by opening the throttle more, the result was no fuel savings!

Oh, James Randi has investigated it. He found no evidence that it worked as claimed. But like all good skeptics he is willing to be shown that it works.

Oh, the James Randi Foundation has the money, but it is for the Million Dollar Challenge.

Why would he invest money in something that has no proof it works.

Test your favorite HHO machine if EFFECTIVE or NOT. Park the car, start engine to normal temperature, run to 1500 rpm and hold it there by using tools or wedges. Turn ON your HHO machine. Check the RPM goes 1550 rpm or more, it is GOOD. If RPM 1500 or below, your HHO machine is NOT HELPING, useless, and waste of time, effort and money, or needs to be improved. ANY SELLERS PASSED THIS SIMPLE TEST, BUY their HHO machine. Forget the driving around wasting more gas,

AH! They say "most don't work" not HHO doesn't work. Do they bother to say what does work? No. As for the Million $, I tried to get a hold of him. If you want the answers you have to look for them. If you want nothing then nothing is all you need to do. I can use the exact same power twice, once to do vehicle work then use the exact same electrons to run HHO units. I have a video test posted to prove this.
