This fat blasting workout video, created for FitSugar by the Hollywood trainer Jeanette Jenkins, will get your heart rate up and work your entire body — all in under 10 minutes.   • Hi! I tries this workout a little time ago, it did work great, I got really tired and it felt great!!!!!

    I was just wondering how often should I do this? I am a girl, 13 years old. I dance 2 hours on wednsday and we have 1 hour light exercice on thursdays on the school. Should i do this on monday, tuesday and friday or just on monday??? And how many calories does this workout burn? I am only doing it once, not twice. Because i get soooo tired from just one round. Sorry for my bad english grammar
