@DJSpinoza Don't let them, yes you might loose the job, but keep your dignity and sanity, and avoid a lot of stress. Do not let them, who are they? They are just like you but in a different position, their mindset is different. You know that people who are after power love to get into positions of authority and shall abuse that position. I know, the economy sucks, losing your job can provide even more stress. Perhaps move to another country and live a simpler life provide for yourself

"5. A covert operative bully will spread gossip & lies. Failing to stop the rumor can be an act of bullying too."
- I have that problem. A couple of videos documenting it, may have fixed, but we'll see.

I also have a bully boss, and am writing all events, so that over time I can prove in a tribunal without doubt that she is a bully. ie what she said, email communication, witnesses etc, eveything in a diary, over a period of saya year.Like it says things are sometimes subtle, includes things like being left out of social events, questioning your competence in writing emails etc etc. How do I deal with this in the meantime, well by realising it is her that is the ill one, not me. Also meditation

Bullying is often a way of managing an employee out. They want you to quit so they make it really hard for you to perform to any reasonable standard. They often have buddies they want to put into your job.
