This is a segment of a BBC documentary that my wife and I appeared in. We contributed historical material to the producers. James Kirker, Irish born Indian fighter, died in California mysteriously on the isolated John Marsh Rancho, Los Meganos. Based on records kept by the Contra Costa County History Society, most of what has been written about James Kirker's life and death in California is untrue.
