CMMI Level 2 for Practitioners prepares you to help guide your organizations process improvement efforts and to participate in a SCAMPI appraisal. Some specific skills you'll develop include the following:

- understanding the interrelationships among model components (e.g., practices, goals, and process areas)
- interpreting CMMI practices at maturity level 2
- applying the CMMI model within your organization
