Teeth Retainers !

I have had these teeth retainers for 2 years, following on from having teeth braces and orthodontic rubber bands, sometimes I use a yukky creamy brown anaesthetic paste to ease the pain of these retainers which I wear for 10 hours a day

Hi, the answer to your question is : I don't know ? My Dentist only 2 weeks ago, said, "Continue wearing them until further notice " As they are very uncomfortable/painful, then, I use a yukky coloured/colored anaesthetic cream/paste, sometimes I will do a vid and the stuff is on my teeth = looks not nice, but my braun gets the stuff off- ( it tastes = 'not nice' too !! ) thank you for your interesting comment- which I would like the answer to as well xx
