Look at the meat-hunter luring around the corner witing to "catch a limit"...The Guadalupe River BADLY needs to be Catch and Release artificial lures/flies only. This regulation should be from Canyon Lake to the Thirs Crossing. Lets make the Guadalupe a destination-type trout fishery that makes sense! Not the goofy regs on there now...
