In the end Draco Malfoy see that Hermione is sad, and walks over to her..

This video was created in 2007.! The one you are referring to is the half blood prince scene. I clearly remember that the 6th movie came out in 2009!  Therefore, the producer of this video could not have made lavender kiss Ron.
