I witnessed this fireball from Redstone Arsenal, Huntsville, Alabama at 8:31 PM CDT (0131 UTC) on Sunday, March 15, 2009. I work with Dr. Bill Cooke (Aerospace Engineer, Meteoroid Environment Office) at NASA, who manages an all-sky camera that detects meteors. His camera was able to detect this fireball and produce the following video clip.

The fireball occurred to my west and moved from south to north. It was a brilliant green color with a yellow/orange tail.
