America's TOP Weight Loss Coach Robert Ferguson sits with leading journalist Fanny Kiefer in a one-on-one chat about how you can eat your favorite foods and still lose all the weight you want.
I majored in nutrition and I dont think he is outlining his whole theory. Eating whatever you want at every meal is not a way to reduce your waistline. I would be interested in how he balances high calorie food intake??
I know that....
1. Fiber can significantly reduce the glycemic index of a meal.
2. Timing a workout to correlate with eating a meal can reduce the Glycemic index of the meal.
3. Intake of certain foods can boost metabolism, cutting down the glycemic index of foods.
He plays the calorie game, eat whatever you want and still lose weight. He doesn't talk about the quality of the foods, because the quality of the food is more important than the total calorie of the food eaten. When i'm done working out i can eat a bowl of ice cream vs a protein shake. I dont' want the protein shake, i want the ice cream. According to his theory, it's ok, and i should have the ice cream?
Anybody that advertises detox is someone i would never talk too about nutrition. You wanna know why? It's because common sense nutrition says if you have enough fiber in your diet, you don't need a detox. People want the quick fix of a detox, to only lose water weight to regain right back, so people detox all the time thinking their actually losing body fat. Will i lose weight in the long run eating whatever i want? He doesnt talk about that.
This guy and many people need to know the definition of the word diet. People don't like hearing the word "diet", but your eyes will open when you look up the word "diet" and read the definition. He speaks of losing weight, but what about the health benefits? What if i ate pizza slices 6 times a day? Will i lose weight? How will my health be?
Is this what he means??
