Your So Special Children of Chernobyl

This video is not meant to cause offence in any way shape or form. If I have done so I am truly sorry.

I wrote this song after seeing a news report on Irish TV RTE1 about the work that Adi Roche was doing for the children of Chernobyl. I will never forget that newscast, as a father and a song writer I wrote the song, all the time I was writing it I felt I would release it as a single and raise funds for The Chernobyl Children.

I never did release that single I always felt that people would think I was trying to cash in on this awful event.

I am a little older now and my children have grown and recently I came across some footage showing the fantastic work that is being done by chernobyl-international and the other charities so I decided to put the song to some footage, and at least hope that it will serve a purpose in reminding people that this is an ongoing cause.
