Wrong! WKYC is wrong, other stations have a doppler radar.

@Legend813a actually it costed about $200 as radars are $1/ 1 watt of power-and Collins radars only have 200 watts.

i do remeber amy hasten and eileen mcshea. i had a talk on the phone with them as a kid.

This radar no longer exists. The current one (which is a Baron X-Band radar) is located in Parma. However they rarely use it instead they use the NEXRAD data from Cleveland Hopkins Airport

OMG channel 3 went out and pissed away a whole lot of money on a crappy collins set! Then they put it in the middle of what looks to be a old telephone microwave repeater tower, not on top - but in the middle. Bad radials, bad choice.
