Hammy going bananas as the Tribe tops the Blue Jays.
Tribe entered the bottom of the 9th and after loading the bases, Asdrubal Cabrera knocked in an RBI to make it 4-1. Then up came Travis Hafner who belted the first pitch deep into the right field stands! The Tribe's second walk off grand slam this season!!
