Hi Greg- Truly inspirational work. Question: How do you keep the acrylic paint on the foil from drying out while your working? Do you add any medium to your paint? Do you spray it with a water mister? THANKS.

This is great! Hope you release a painting techniques DVD soon!

Thank you so much for posting this Mr. Hildebrandt. I've loved your work since I was four and my Mother had one of your calendars in the kitchen. Never thought I'd actually get to see your process. Hope you'll get to do more videos, but even if you don't, this was an incredible treat.

Greg, thank you for the view into your technique. After my father retired from the Disney animation department, he had several techniques comparable to yours. His real skill was as a cartoonist, however.
I love your pinup art, reminds me of my first peeks at Vargas in Playboy 40 years ago.
