slipknot has nothing to do with age or being a kid pissing off their parents, its just nu metal, a different genre, not even comparable to death metal, i agree that SFU is better, but there is nothing wrong with nu metal, and i dont say that to defend korn or slipknot because both of them only produced 2 decent albums then sold out, so i dont give 2 shits about them, just making a point that their failure has nothing to do with their genre or fan base
