Does this machine have auto tool change or is it a manual? I ask only because it seemed so quick and the video didn't appear to pause during the last change.
Is this a home made machine or a prebuilt/kit?
What type of interface are you using? ie LPT, serial, USB?
Sorry, I just thought of a few more questions:
How does zeroing and tool size fit in to it?
For example, are all tools the same length so it can be hard coded or is there a sensor to determine this?
Is the top of the PCB considered 0 on the Z axis? if not, how is the software told where the top is and how deep to drill when routing tracks?

Very nice.

You could put a piece of tape on the drill bit, it will blow the swarf away as it spins.

You really need to remove the cutoffs somehow. Its just making cutting and drilling harder. You might just snap the drill bit :|
Great work :D
