Gay gurus Michael Brewer and Thomas Alan Berg are in Hawaii on another multidimensional travelogue in search of a new paradigm. They think it's time rise above the old stereotypes and labels. Maybe even time for us to find a new word to define us.

Michael & Tom challenge the youtube community to help us find a new word for "gay", one that uplifts and empowers.

Send us your comments and videos and we'll show them all (haters will be deleted).

    popeALICE LOVES YOU TO LIFE

  • There you are, talking about a word on an island far away from small suburbia that still suffers under homophobe idiots, racists and intolerance. It's not the word that's the problem.

  • I don't know where I'm going with this. The 500 character limit makes me crazy and for me to vlog it takes a week. I wish you both luck and I wish I held the answer for you.

    Be Well.

  • What you do with that love and how you express it to each other should be between you and not blatantly mashed in the face of everyone you encounter. There was etiquette about interaction in public. Even hetero couples could hold hands, walk arm in arm, and kiss in public, but groping and suckface was reserved for somewhere private. That has fallen by the wayside, and I think it scares people. Gays and lesbians led that charge in order to get exposure, and now you get the blame. -still more-
