Hey Jude, from Anna's Cello-bration Concert, EWU, 1-29-2011

Anna participated in an annual event held at EWU, and led by John Marshall, principal cellist for the Spokane Symphony. This year's performance featured several songs by the Beatles, arranged by John and by his students. This clip is of their closing piece, "Hey Jude". In the clip you can see John, and Anna's cello teacher, Louise, as well as Anna (chosen to do "solo back-up" in the early measures), and our neighbor/friend Amy Chase. There were 48 cellists in this group. We're proud of Anna, as she ventures into the bigger world of strings collaborations, like this.

Thanks so much for posting this i participate in cellobration year after year and rarely someone will post a video of us playing. Although it would be nice if it could be focused on the whole group and not just some girl named Anna
