The US naval base in Pearl Harbor Hawaii was the target of a surprise attack by the Imperial Japanese Navy on the morning of December 7, 1941. The USA was suddenly plunged into WWII. I HAVE A MOST PROFOUND SENSE OF RESPECT FOR ALL OF THE WORLD WAR II VETERANS.There was never a greater generation of patriots than them -- except for the men and women of 1776. It was a war for our survival. It was life and death. They fought for their mothers and fathers. They fought for their wives and girlfriends. They fought for us -- the children and grandchildren who had not yet been born. They knew that if they didn't win the war, there wouldn't be any children and grandchildren. The American people would have been exterminated or enslaved. We must never forget what happened on that day. And we must never forget the bravery and courage the World War II soldiers and sailors mustered in defense of their nation and families, God bless each one of them.....Rick.

In Ezekiel 7:19 we read: "They shall cast their silver in the streets, and their gold shall be removed: their silver and their gold shall not be able to deliver them in the day of the wrath of the LORD..."
