I think it was around 2005 or 2006. Monsanto has settled with him without a gag order (which they usually get) since.

This is the last time I am going to respond to you as I know you are never going to stop defending the indefensible. But...yes Monsanto does sue innocent farmers. It is not patent infringement when the crops are cross pollinated by GMOs. YES, farmers have lost their farms, livelihoods and kives in the fight against this evil company. THAT IS IT !

The twelve farmers Monsanto sued ten years ago were guilty of patent infringement. If you think their cases were about accidental contamination, ask yourself this. Why don't any other farmers have this same problem? No American farmer has lost their farm or livlihood. Twelve farmers sued, twelve found guilty. It's pretty simple. Les

Your research is incomplete. American farmers have lost their farms and livelihoods. Many people are sick because of these crops. Obviously, you are working for Monsanto or for some one who produces seed for them. That makes everything you say in their favor completely invalid.
