J. Justin Wilson asks Colorado's Senate candidates to pledge to oppose any bill that would lessen the roll of secret ballot elections in unionization campaigns—including the deceptively-named Employee Free Choice Act.
The employee free choice act is correctly named. None of the these Republicans care when employers fire pro-union workers. Or hire consultants to help fire and intimidate those employees. Why are they so pro-"secret ballot" all of a sudden.
And would these same republicans support massive fines for companies illegally firing workers during an election drive. I bet not.

Calling EFCA deceptively named is false and a use of misleading text.
