Due to this home's complexities, it will not be available in The Sims 3 Exchange.

@XvXNutLesSUnclEXvX None of my Sims 3 homes have been added to the Exchange and most likely never will be. However, I have added a reference video to my channel that reveals the floorplan of this home so you can construct it yourself.

@kirbydog262 It is fairly common custom content that you can find on just about any CC website. Just do a bit of searching and you should easily find some.

@actionguy87 dont listen to him your build is amazing :) i wish i could build like u as well as curtis paradis but im not good at setting out the shape of the house nor the roof etc. im complete crap with that but this is just fantastic :) keep it up

At first I thought it was average... then at 2:30 I changed my mind :) I love the high ceilings and the indoor balcony. Those are both features I plan to work into my own home. Ah, architecture <3
