Yeah, I realize, that it's kinda unhumane to laugh at these people, especially at the little schoolboys, who couldn't reach the point of destination and I wouldn't laugh at myself, If I were in the same situation...
but, it's sooo funny to look at the situation from another angle...I'm sorry, but I can't help laughing! :))

Tiksi is a port settlement in Bulunsky Ulus of the Sakha Republic, Russia, situated on the Arctic Ocean coast. It is one of the principal ports for accessing the Laptev Sea. It is served by Tiksi Airport, and saw other military construction projects during the Cold War at Tiksi North and Tiksi West airfields.

I lived in Tiksi 10 years. There happen strong enough a wind, speed of a wind sometimes reaches 45 m\s (160 km\h)
