I fly with a FlyTec 5030. It has a stall alarm.

I use a stall alarm for general flight / thermalling , but never used it on landing as the feed back on the VQ is really good. What speed have you set the stall alarm to?

For a while I had it set at 22 mph. That gave me about 3 seconds of time before I had to flare. Now I have it set at 21 mph and that's just about right. I never used the stall alarm while flying or thermalling.
