Taking a daily shower instead of a bath can save £35 a year in energy bills
Cycling around 20 miles to work instead of taking a train will save 40 kilos of green house gases a month. Thats the same as £88 off your energy bill.
Turning a household thermostat down by 1°C will save £65 each year and on an average gas bill.
Turning off unused lights in the home will save you £15 whilst swapping all of the lights in the home to energy saving ones will save £45 per year
By fitting a high efficiency boiler and improving household heating controls, you can save £275 a year on energy bills and of 1.2 tonnes of green house gases
Cycling to work from Zone 3 to Zone 1 in London, instead of travelling by Tube, would save you around £1,500 a year on travel bills
