The cruise industry needs to make money not losses. Good for Carnival building this and offering more affordable cruises for those of us who would enjoy a nice cruise but don't have the big bucks.

And you'd think it might be that much easier to produce a ship that stand sout? It's all cost effective management and while there is nothing wrong with that. It shows when you are as big as Carnival is. Their plans are predictable, stale and uninspiring. Originality and distinction is too expensive for Carnival to be bothered. Thankfully the competition is not afraid to invest in their product. Tough to tell what ship is which with Carnival these days.
