    Good luck with it. The enjera I made wasn't bad, then again it wasn't that good. But I lack experience. I haven't had any luck adding it to bread recipes, but I probably just need to add gluten, or some substitute for gluten, like xanthum or guar gums.

  • @SailorBarsoom Teff is a great crop, its gluten free!! and would help with obesity problem in America! I just started growing some! Now we just have to convince brainwashed Americans to consume it!
