I know they are terrible injusted,kinnecta federal credit union in california do similar things like montly fees,charge for paper statements even after you cancell those, charge for pre-pay cards, even when they advertise free with direct deposit, and service is not really good with customer service,a matter fact i looking for a new bank a.s.a.p. we have to becareful up there.
