A tune from the 'B' side. Another '78' produced in 1956 - over fifty years ago!
The reverse side of the '78' is Downbound Train.
Personnel: Ken Colyer - guitar and vocal, John Bastable - banjo, Mickey Ashman - bass, Colin Bowden - washboard.
Recorded: London - 25/5/56.
Thank you for your reply. I have been in correspondence with your Mum recently.
I am sad to learn about your Dad, but hope that the pleasure he gave, and still gives in recordings, thrills you always.

I was a regular at Studio 51 (Colyer Club) throughout the 50s and 60s. Your Dad was so important to this very unique sound, both skiffle and the band. I assume he is no longer living, but would like to know.
With all best wishes.
