A steel pipe coupling gets drilled and tapped with titanium nitride coated drill and plug tap. Eye bolts are attached to the pipe through these drilled holes. Guy wires will be attached to the eye bolts, to secure a wind turbine to its pole. This video documents one of the construction steps of a wind turbine at ElPerfecto.com.
