DreamWorks "Gift of the Night Fury," "Book of Dragons," and Online Game Official Promo Trailer

Here is the US released promotional trailer for the DreamWorks direct-to-DVD shorts "Gift of the Night Fury" and "Book of Dragons." There's also a glimpse of the online video game which you may play by using the game code provided in the combo packs.

Blu-ray and DVD copies are on sale now at stores and online retailers.

Differences between this US promo video and the UK/AUS one includes:
1) Improved video clarity/sharpness
2) Consistent 16:9 aspect ratio
3) A different voice over artist
4) An added Toothless & Hiccup flying scene
5) And said preview of the online video game

I thought the original was going to be awful but was proven wrong. Hopefully this short will do the same. But honestly, Legend of the Boneknapper wasn't very good. It was about what quality I expect the sequel to be at... I truely hope they don't ruin the sequel. The original was one of the best animated movies I've ever seen... plot, morals, characters, even the music were all very well done. Boneknapper seemed rushed and this one seems to be leaning to far into the humor side.... thoughts?

@Leidachinaman Yeah, many people didn't care for Boneknapper, myself included. Unfortunately, the writing style incorporated into animated shorts will almost always seem a bit rushed and comedy-heavy. Good developing drama requires more runtime to work well. However, Gift will be nearly 10 minutes longer than Boneknapper, so hopefully we'll get to see some amount of well written drama and character development in this one.

@VerbaZora 22/18 min shorts. Full movie sequel is coming out on June 20, 2014.

@ChoFrog09 It turned out to be pretty good, renewed my hope for my sequel. If this short is the level of quality they keep the cartoon series at then I'll be joyously tuning in to that as well.

@Leidachinaman I think boneknapper was mainly just for giggles and to be able to see more of the characters, I'm thinking this'll be a bit deeper though I have yet to see it
