-can it be seen from any country or only usa?

well when i shot this video it was between 8 PM and 10PM
and to answer te second question yes it can b seen from other countries considering that i shot this video in CANADA!

Stupid weather!!! It messed up the view of the eclipse for a lot of people, including me. How can it rain on a beautiful night?
