This man is a total disgrace like his brother and most Cuban rep politicians in S.Florida.

They do nothing but give speeches- Miami citizens pay the MOST IN NATION when it comes to health care.

Thanks to do nothing politicians who couldnt care less .

To bad the elderly non rich Cubans refuse to open their eyes and reward do nothing politicians .

The Diaz Balart's have no shame with the lies that they are putting out there on both Joe Garcia and Raul Martinez. I hope the Diaz Balart brothers are finally handed their walking papers very soon.
