trick out your tip-up for ice fishing

since the ice is slow to form this year I bought a window alarm from the dollar tree and hooked it to my tip-up. Special thanks goes out to "bigbob" from michigna-sportsman.com for the idea.

haha thats very cool i am looking for a way to rig a tip up so that its like a pager and sends a little signal to a devise inside my shack instead of making noise. i know i could just buy one but i dont have $50 so got any ideas?

Thanks for the great video idea. I grabbed all the ones at my local dollar Tree and rigged up my tip ups. They work great! Michigan Pike and bass beware!!
