A quick little video I made not about Anorexia itself, rather something I use to inspire me when I am feeling triggered or having a hard time with my E.D. Maybe it can help you too!!

  • Absolutely beautiful! Thank you so much for sharing : )

  • I wish I had a way of downloading this to my Blackberry Media so I could watch and listen when I am getting triggered and need inspiration when I'm not at my laptop. I sometimes get so wrapped up in my disorder that I forget about gratitude.

I am from Southern California and we really don't have seasons here, this is so beautiful to see and your narration is lovely and eloquent. You have a gift and I thank you for sharing your composition and pictures with us.

  • Wow, that was gorgeous! You're so talented, smart and beautiful! Your soul really shines through! I like listening to your voice, it's so soothing! :) Thank you for giving hope to us who are still struggling with E.D.! Keep going and best of luck to you on your journey!

  • that was so beautiful.... im in tears.... Makes you really think about how you want to spend your life.....acting, not saying.... spend less time talking, more time doing, enjoy the seasons for what they are whether cold or wet, hot or breezy. Enjoy lifes cycles because they do not last, until they come around for the next generation.

  • Thanks for posting hun. That was beautiful.
