I agree. The only time I met her, after a concert in Dallas, she came off the tour bus to sign autographs and take pictures (in the days before digital cameras) and the flash on the camera I was using wouldn't work. She stood there for about 2 or 3 minutes while I tried to fix it. She was only slightly annoyed. But she hung out and waited until we got all the photos we wanted. Super cool.
