Spain got Ceuta for FREE from portugal in the 1400's, Melillla thereafter before Morocco ever existed. The Canaries before America was discovered!

The UN Charter Article 1 gives ALL peoples the right to self determination and Article 103 states the UN Charter overrides any previous conflicting international agreements
And in 2008, the UN 4th Committee rejected the claim that a dispute over sovereignty affected self-determination, affirming it to be a basic human right.
But Spain should leave African colonies Ceuta, Melilla and Canary Islands.

@EddieExile i also seem to recall in the treaty that it would be null & void if Moros were allowed in and they have therefore we broke the treaty. I also recall in the treaty that when we leave Spain gets it and negotiatiopns are between England & Spanish crowns. So We can't start claiming sovereignty and let us vote to be whatever because in that case when Scotland votes to leave UK then we would have to let them go to by those same bullocks rules. We shouldn't be there anyway!

@FatherAngloSaxon As a Chinaman the Treaty of Utrecht (Article X) ceded Gibraltar to Great Britain in perpetuity ie forever. And the Falklands were British before argentina existed.
