HERON - Every Little Thing (The Brown Room)

'Every Little Thing' was the unofficial third single from The Artist Currently Known As HERON. "One day, a number of years ago, my heart was broken, crushed and decimated into thousands of tiny pieces. When I stopped to pick up the pieces from my brown carpeted floor, all that was left was this very sad song. For many years I couldn't bear to listen to the song, such was my heartache and I grew and removed a great many beards before I could even begin to press play on my 'Brown Room Audio Catharsis Device'. When I finally did, I was filled with an overwhelming sense of happiness and relief and tears of joy strolled down my bearded cheeks. Such was my emotional release, I re-recorded the song there and then, as a celebration of my new found joy. I also decided to capture this joy with my 'Cracked Analogue Motion Picture Making Recorder' . It was recorded at home, in the very sacred Brown Room itself and I am allowing you direct access to my own private world here so don't ever accuse me of losing touch with my audience. This behaviour is not offered by your average pampered rock star types and therefore I hope you will not mock me for my sharing my intimacy with you and the outside world."
