Looks Great!...One Question though, Why Garnish w/Cilantro (which I love Btw) When there is none in the recipe???? Or am I missing something?

@vampirat14 I doesn't have to be in there to be used as granish. The cilantro with it's lemony taste just works well with the other ingredients (primarily the chili powder, jalepeno, tomato, onions). Plus it looks nice :) cheers, KtC

Wow! This is something I haven't made, or even thought about, for 20 years or so. I think it's time to revive it.

@anmoose It certainly one of those things you think of when it hot outside. I probably make a cold soup a couple times during the summer. You do not really need a lot either as it can be filling. Something different for guest prior to the BBQ. thank you again! KtC
