  • If you look at those behind this push, you will find that they were all prior circumcision advocates who had no interest in the HIV issue.

The HIV issue is being hijacked by the fallacious idea that circumcision is the cure to HIV. Condoms prevent HIV, circumcision will only waste millions of dollars that could have gone to condom distribution (condoms are close to 100% effective at blocking HIV, circumcision isn't).

  • Tina Kimmel, Thank you for speaking out on this issue, and standing up for the rights of infants to not have healthy, valuable tissue from their genitals removed without their consent (and under the assumption that they will be incapable of safe sexual practices, no less).

    Thank you. Great Video.

  • I notice she left out a couple of important point. That circumcision may deter men from using condoms by thinking they are safe. It can also lead to the TRANSMISSION of disease, especially when it is improperly done.

There is no excuse for circumcision.

  • Wait, you're saying routine mastectomies were practiced? I would love to read about that. Link?

  • Wouldn't it be easier and more effective to supply people with condoms rather than have them go through an operation? Guess which group is going to spread more disease: circumcised men having sex with NO condoms or uncircumcised men having sex WITH condoms.

  • circumcision wont prevent HIV. circumcision will spread it faster. people in Africa that get circumcised think i dont need to use a condom now. because if they wore told after you get circumcised you still need to use a condom. no one would have it done. and there would be no research subjects.

and the studies none of them were ever finished. most of the data is missing. and no where in the studies does it say if the person had HIV before the study.

a study like this should be trash binned

  • Circumcision should always be a person choice or just out right banned.
