It is about 100 meters of perimeter. I have a Syma's S001 and it has plastic parts but I love it ! Pretty stable model.

Do they fly o.k. outdoors, got to be a very calm day should imagine. just ordered one, wondering if you could tell me the range of the remote control? how did you modify yours.
