The Zap-x shown it the Lotus prototype with a combustion engine used for the car shows. The production vehicle will have four motors, one built into each wheel. Essentially a four wheel drive.

Actually it is 1.8 million miles. Google altair nanosafe battery. They tested it and thats the figure they got.
