10% comes from Trinity Staff, 5% comes from the Magic Master title adds up to 15%. You said total is 40%, where is the rest of the 25% damage coming from? Nice video by the way.

Hail storm is rather nice for 1vs1 kind of thing if done right. it also is alot faster dmg then comparing to IS. if you can pull off hiting more then 1 enemy at a time constintly then your fine.

@drantino Hailstorm has a few limitations: First, even in 1v1 situation, monster can hit you back if one waits for 5 charges for most damage. Second, it does not ignore monster's protection when calculating crit(which i think it should). Third, It takes 10sec from loading to having 5 charges, any monster could aggro would aggro and hit the player already.
Conclusion: Hailstorm is bad for soloing, but extremely powerful in a party. That person will probably get most of the kills in the room.
